How can I take part in the Forum?
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the Foundation website.
If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can submit an application in the 'Events – Upcoming' section. The application will be filled in automatically using information from your profile.

How much does it cost to participate in the Forum?
Participation in the Forum is free of charge and requires prior registration. Each application is reviewed by the Organizing Committee on an individual basis.
Where and when can I view the Forum programme?
The business programme architecture will appear on the website about 1–2 months before the Forum in the 'Programme Architecture' section. The full business programme will appear on the website approximately 1–2 weeks before the Forum in the 'Business programme' section.
How do I become a partner of the Forum?
If you are interested in becoming a partner of the Forum, please write to partners@roscongress.org.
How can I take part in the Forum as a media representative?
In order to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit an application for accreditation in the 'Media' section. Applications for media accreditation will be accepted closer to the dates of the event.
How do I access the Forum venue?
The business and cultural programme venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge. More information on access to the Forum venue will be available closer to the event dates.
When and where can I pick up my badge?
You can pick up your badge at one of the Forum accreditation points. The location and hours of the accreditation points will be announced on the website closer to the event dates.
How can I take part in the plenary session?
Access to the United Cultures Forum plenary session is by special invitation only, and will not be offered as part of the participation package. An invitation will be sent by email.
What is prohibited to bring into the venue?
Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue. A full list of prohibited items can be found in the 'Access to the venue' section closer to the Forum dates.
Is accommodation provided for Forum participants?
Participants of the Forum can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates. More information is available in the Hotel accommodation section.
Where can I find photos from the Forum venue?
The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included, on website photo.roscongress.org.
