Participation in the Forum is free of charge and requires prior registration. Each application is reviewed by the Organizing Committee on an individual basis.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days
the package includes:
- participation in all business programme events of the Forum on 24–26 September 2026except events by special invitation
- access to the business networking areas at the Forum venuewith restricted access to areas hosting events by special invitation

Take partHow can media representatives participate in the Forum?
If you wish to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit a media accreditation application via the Forum’s official website. Further information on how to submit a media accreditation application is available in the “Media” section.
How to become a Forum participant?
Step 1. Submit an application
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the "Events – Upcoming" section of your Roscongress personal account.
Please note that to register for the event, use your Roscongress personal account, and obtain your badge, you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to:
- the processing of personal data;
- the use of a simple electronic signature (SES);
- accept the user agreement.
Once given, the consent and acceptance will remain valid for any events you choose to register for through your Roscongress personal account on the Roscongress Foundation website. Please don't hesitate to reach out to your participation contact person at the Foundation with any questions you may have.
Step 2. Receive an invitation
Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the "My events" section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
Step 3. Confirm your attendance
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the "My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – Event dashboard" section of your Roscongress personal account.
How do I decline to participate?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
How can the participant be substituted?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
Step 4. Picking up your badge
An accreditation badge is required to enter the venue. To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:
- Confirm participation in the Forum.
- Enter your personal information.
- Upload a required photo for your badge.Tab "My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – Event dashboard – Personal information – Photo – Edit data".
- Upload a scanned copy of your passport.Tab "My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – Event dashboard – Personal information – Edit data".

If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you can obtain a visa through an invitation for foreign arrivals (for all Forum participants) or an electronic visa (available for citizens of 64 foreign countries).
