State Hermitage Museum
The State Hermitage Museum is one of the world’s largest and most renowned encyclopedic museums, housing over 3.2 million cultural artifacts from ancient times to the present day. These include the richest collections of paintings, graphic art, sculpture, and applied art, as well as archaeological and numismatic materials.
The Hermitage’s main activities include research and restoration of museum collections, exhibitions and conferences, publishing books and catalogues, archaeological excavations, and educational and inclusive projects.
As part of the “Greater Hermitage” program, the museum operates representative offices in Kazan, Vyborg, Omsk, Yekaterinburg, and Orenburg. Hermitage exhibition centers in Vladivostok, Kaluga, and Oman are also preparing to open. The museum holds Hermitage Days in cities across Russia and abroad, with a unique program for each region. In addition to exhibitions, the program includes lectures and classes, film screenings and master classes, discussions with specialists, and the exchange of experience.

Channel One is Russia’s flagship TV broadcaster.
It is home to legendary TV brands that have shaped generations of viewers: Vremya (Time), KVN, What? Where? When?, Zdorovye (Health), and Pole Chudes (Field of Miracles). Great Moscow State Circus
The Great Moscow State Circus is the largest stationary circus in Europe. It is a prime example of circus culture and the Russian school of animal training, a centre of circus art and a hallmark of the Russian capital.
The Great Moscow State Circus has been operating for over 55 years, consistently selling out every show. Its technical capabilities are unique: at a depth of 18 meters, there are five rotating arenas – horses ring, illusory ring, ice ring, water ring and LED ring. The auditorium places 3 287 spectators. The dome is 26 meters high, and the amphitheater is 36 meters high.
The Great Moscow State Circus is visited annually by over 800 000 spectators. The circus employs over 400 people, including 200 artists of various genres, who constantly develop new acts and programs. The circus also hosts dozens of charity events annually.
The Great Moscow State Circus hosts its own World festival of circus art “IDOL”, which has established itself as one of the most significant events in the world of circus art since 2013. Throughout its history, the festival has brought together more than 1900 artists from 50 countries.

Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is a federal executive authority.
The Ministry formulates and implements state policy and legal regulation in the areas of higher education, scientific, scientific-technical, and innovation activities, as well as the development of federal centers for science and high technologies.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia was established on May 15, 2018, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the Structure of Federal Executive Authorities.” It was formed as a result of the division of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation into two bodies — the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, to which the functions of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations of Russia were transferred.
The Statute of the Ministry, which defines its powers and functions, was approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on June 18, 2018.
The head of the Ministry is Valery Nikolaevich Falkov.

Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives
The Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives carries out its activities on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 17, 2021, No. 287 “On the Establishment of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives”. Projects that have received grant support are implemented in all 89 regions of the country. Since 2021, the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives has supported 11,777 projects with a total amount of more than 50.12 billion rubles.

Russian Historical Society
The Russian Historical Society is a public organization established with the aim of uniting the efforts of society, the state, scholars, creative professionals, and history enthusiasts to foster a nationwide historical culture. The RHS was reestablished in 2012, continuing the traditions of the pre-revolutionary Imperial Russian Historical Society, which existed from 1866 to 1920.
The Chairman of the RHS is S.E. Naryshkin, with A.P. Derevyanko, K.I. Mogilevsky, A.V. Torkunov, and A.O. Chubaryan serving as Co-Chairmen. The Society brings together over one thousand individuals and more than 180 specialized organizations: universities, museums, archives, and libraries. RHS branches operate in over 70 regions of Russia, and the Society has foreign representative offices open in four foreign states.
Among the RHS’s priority areas are preparation for major national anniversaries, support for historians in the reunited regions, preserving the memory of the events of the Special Military Operation, popularizing history among young people, and developing historical education.

Tavrida.ART is an art cluster whose projects open up opportunities for professionals in culture and the creative industries to grow in their careers and to deliver projects that strengthen Russian culture.
Tavrida was launched in 2015 as the All-Russian Youth Educational Forum. In 2023, under an executive order by Russian President Vladimir Putin, it became Russia’s first youth tourism and educational cluster.
The cluster sits on a bay in Crimea near the town of Sudak, which is gradually being turned into the City of Young Creators. Its 250 hectares house a festival venue for summer events; the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries, open year-round; the Tavrida art park and underwater art park; and the Yug.Kino content studio.

The Meganom Academy of Creative Industries, an educational center and one of the cluster’s projects, runs programs for professionals in culture, the arts, and the creative industries. Young creators can accelerate their careers and promote their projects here, while managers learn current industry approaches and practices.

Since 2006, the Theatre of Nations has been directed by People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Evgeny Mironov. During this time, he has successfully collaborated with leading international and Russian directors: Robert Wilson, Robert Lepage, Thomas Ostermeier, Stéphane Braunschweig, Motoi Miura, Andrei Moguchy, Konstantin Bogomolov, Anton Fyodorov, Evgeny Pisarev, and many others.
