Participation in the Forum is free of charge and requires prior registration. Each application is reviewed by the Organizing Committee on an individual basis.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days
the package includes:
- participation in all business programme events of the Forum on 24–26 September 2026except events by special invitation
- access to the business networking areas at the Forum venuewith restricted access to areas hosting events by special invitation

Take partHow can media representatives participate in the Forum?
If you wish to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit a media accreditation application via the Forum’s official website. Further information on how to submit a media accreditation application is available in the “Media” section.
How to become a Forum participant?
Step 1. Submit an application
To take part in the Forum, fill in the participation application in the “Events – Upcoming” section of your Personal Account.
Please note: to arrange participation, use the Personal Account and receive a badge, you must accept in the account:
- consent to the processing of personal data;
- agreement on the use of a simple electronic signature;
- the user agreement.
The consents are provided once when logging in to the Personal Account and apply to all events registered through the Personal Account on the Roscongress Foundation website. If you have any questions, please contact the Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding participation.
Take partStep 2. Receive an invitation
Your application will be reviewed by the Organising Committee. Once an invitation is issued, the status of your application is updated in real time in the “My events” tab of your Personal Account.
The review period is individual for each participant. The Organising Committee may decline an invitation to an applicant without giving reasons.
Step 3. Confirm participation
After receiving an invitation, confirm your participation in the Personal Account under “My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation”.
How to decline participation?
If you have received an invitation but do not plan to attend the Forum, or have confirmed participation but changed your decision, please decline participation in the Personal Account or notify the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding participation.
How to replace a participant?
If you have already confirmed your participation but for some reason cannot attend the Forum, to replace the participant please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding participation. Replacing a participant is only possible by decision of the Organising Committee.
Step 4. Get your badge
An accreditation badge is required to access the Forum venue. To obtain a badge you need to, in your Personal Account:
- Confirm participation after receiving an invitation.
- Provide your personal information.
- Upload a valid photo.“My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation – Personal information – Photo – Edit”.
- Upload a scan of your passport.“My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation – Personal information – Edit”.

How to get the most out of participation?
Visa support
If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you can obtain a visa through an invitation for foreign arrivals (for all Forum participants) or an electronic visa (available for citizens of 64 foreign countries).
