Badge collection
What do I need to do to get a badge?
In the ‘My events – United Cultures Forum – Event dashboard’ section of the Roscongress personal account you should:
- Confirm participation in the Forum
- Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
- Upload a required photo for your badge Tab ‘Personal information – Photo – Edit data’
- Upload a scanned copy of your passport Tab ‘Personal information – Edit data’
Please note:
- Data processing takes from 3 days.
- If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited. To make changes to any fields that are blocked for editing, please contact the specialist that you spoke with when registering for the Forum.
- To obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).

How to find out if my badge is ready?
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:
- An email notification
- A notification in the Roscongress personal account
- A call to the Forum information centre: +7 (495) 640 6093
- A call to a Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are listed in the Roscongress personal account
How to receive the badge?
In person
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:
- Passport (the identity document that is listed in the Roscongress personal account)
Please note:
When issuing the badge, the accreditation operator checks the data specified in the application to ensure it matches the information in your identity document.
If the data does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day you applied for it.
- Forum participants under 18 must present a printed consent form for the processing of personal data, signed by a legal guardian, when collecting their accreditation badges. Consent for underage
By proxy
To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:
- Passport
- Original standard power of attorney Power of attorney form Example of how to complete power of attorney form
- List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
- Copies of participants’ passports (will be returned after badges are issued)
Rules for using badge
- Your badge, access card and transport pass are the property of the Roscongress Foundation. They are (or may be) personalized documents and may not be sold or transferred to third parties by any means.
- Should the Roscongress Foundation learn about the sale or transfer of a badge, access card, or transport pass to a third party, it reserves the right to revoke the participant’s accreditation without reimbursing any expenses.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without any reason.
- The badge must be worn in a visible place.
- In the event your badge is lost or damaged, please contact any accreditation desk. After receiving a written request from the holder, the lost badge will be deactivated and a replacement will be issued.
