Is Russia an integral, inseparable part of world culture – both historically and today? And is this fair from the point of view of Europe and America? How does “cancel culture” affect Russian actors and musicians and their international performances, and whether these performances even happen in the first place? What historical and cultural ties between Russia and Europe remain? What will the future of these cultural relations look like? And what can be done to actively influence them? How is this reflected in cultural ties within the emerging multipolar world – in the strong cultural relations with China, the Arab world (Oman and Lebanon in particular), and countries such as Türkiye, for example?
