This November, the Forum will again receive guests and participants from various countries of the world. The organizers of the project are the Government of the
Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg.
In 2023, the Forum will again become the main event for the professional community — figures from the world of culture, leaders of the biggest Russian and world cultural organizations, leading experts as well as representatives of the business community and state authorities.
The Forum has rightly acquired not only the international status of a traditional space for an open dialogue of cultures but also a venue for taking strategic decisions in cultural policy of our country and interaction of representatives of the cultural community from all over the world.
The architecture of the business programme will include three programme units: Getting to Know History Via Culture, Artificial Intelligence — a Threat or a Benefit for Culture, Traditional Culture as a Foundation for Building a Civilized Society.
“Culture has always been, is and will be the basis of a dialogue and a connecting thread for various countries, people, ideologies,” says the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova. “Culture relies on the values of humanism and the best traditions of the people of the whole world. It sets moral benchmarks that cannot be overstated. The uniting force of culture is capable not only to overcome differences but also create a common vision of the future based on common to all mankind ideals”.
