Music has always accompanied humans, and now it is difficult to imagine a sphere where musical content is not used in one form or another. As the ancient Greek philosopher Plato said, "Music inspires the whole world, gives wings to the soul, and helps the imagination to fly," and it is difficult to disagree with him. Nevertheless, music is undergoing significant changes, with new trends and movements emerging, many of which also affect classical music. Looking to the future of musical culture is an important and relevant topic. That is why this topic, which is key in the context of cultural policy strategy, has been chosen for discussion in the panel discussion. Representatives of the state and specialists who represent the entire spectrum of musical culture have been invited to participate in the discussion, namely Russian and international leaders of philharmonic organizations, musical theaters, and higher education institutions, government officials, producers, and professional musicians.
