The session focuses on creating a publicly accessible, verified route planner for sites of remembrance and glory associated with the Great Patriotic War, including places commemorating the genocide of the Soviet people, Hero Cities, and Cities of Military Glory. A presentation of the media platform of the National Center for Historical Memory will also be held.

The session will discuss a new project of the National Center for Historical Memory presenting a consolidated position of the business community, tour operators, and historians on setting priorities in historical memory through the lens of events and personalities. One of the first to be implemented is the thematic cluster project “The Mendeleev Code: From Past to Future,” carried out in close cooperation with PJSC Transneft, the Government of the Tyumen Region, PJSC SIBUR Holding, St. Petersburg State University, Tomsk State University, and the Ministry of Economic Development.

Moderator: Valery Kuzmin, Director of the Expert and Analytical Department of the National Center for Historical Memory under the President of the Russian Federation.
