The Participants are to explore the topic of “Origins and new opportunities for dialog between Russian and Chinese theaters”. Speakers will reveal how strong the impact of the Russian theater school is on Chinese theater; what themes, names, ideas of Russian classics are relevant on the Chinese stage; how Russian theater is presented at Chinese touring venues; what are the achievements and prospects for the development of Russian-Chinese theatrical relations.

Moderator: Evgeny Mironov, Artistic Director of the State Theater of Nations, People's Artist of Russia, twice laureate of the State Prize.
