Historical heritage: protection and revival

In the course of the discussion, it is expected to debate on the issue of upholding and restoring cultural heritage sites amid wars and disasters.

Exemplified by the world-renowned Amber Room, stolen by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War, and the historical monuments of Palmyra that suffered from the terrorist organization "Islamic State", experts will try to develop the principal approaches that allow professional restorers and archaeologists to bring lost monuments back from oblivion. Besides, special attention to be paid to contemporary threats to spiritual heritage and conceivable ways of its protection.
