In today’s world, digital technologies and artificial intelligence are advancing rapidly. New ethical questions and challenges arise concerning information security, cultural heritage, and historical memory. Contemporary media technologies make it possible to create highly realistic content—deepfakes, falsified videos, and forgeries that are increasingly indistinguishable from the original. This undermines trust in information and necessitates new methods of protecting truth and historical memory. Speakers will discuss AI’s role in shaping the cultural space, questions of national identity in an era of global technologies, and the opportunities for educational work to raise media literacy. Special attention will be paid to preserving historical memory and ensuring the responsible use of new media tools for future generations.
