The world of art is also responding to ongoing events. New works are emerging that reassess life values. The cultural community cannot be disconnected from time and space. It feels society's demand for rethinking and its increased responsibility to its audience. Cultural sovereignty is a relatively new concept, and its content has yet to be fully established. This makes the comprehensive discussion and understanding of this national idea even more important today.
