As the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle claimed, “It is only music that has the power to profoundly influence human character and shape morality. With the help of music one can learn to develop the proper feelings.” Today this statement can only be supplemented with the phrase “classical music”. Musical culture shapes a person and enriches their inward world. Human values in music are highly important. Instead of becoming a thing of the past and vanishing with the change of epochs, they are passed down from generation to generation, enriched with new meaning and content. Without this continuity, the development of musical culture and society as a whole is impossible. Classical music bears a versatile character, capable of emotional interpretation. This makes it accessible and relevant to audiences of various age groups and cultural backgrounds, which contributes to its long-standing influence on the music world and the development of contemporary society. One of the priority forms of communication is dialogue between culture and the state, without which it is hardly ever possible to envisage the development of this area. Since it is the state that acts as a regulator of the main social systems and provides support for cultural activities. The basis of this line of activities is the preparation and implementation of projects that contribute to the growth of the Russian culture's prestige. But what tools and technologies could empower us to maintain and boost up the impact of classical music on society and help strengthen the foundation of spiritual and aesthetic values for future generations? To field this question, both government authorities and experts who represent the entire scope of musical culture are invited to participate in the discussion of Russian and international heads of philharmonic societies, musical theaters and higher educational institutions, government officials, producers and professional musicians. As part of the discussion, representatives of the governmental bodies and arts will enter into a live dialog aimed at consolidating their collaboration and enhancing globalization in culture.
