In an epoch of rapid technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an essential tool influencing various aspects of society, including national sovereignty and culture. AI thinking depends on the training data set and reflects the peculiarities of the country of its origin. So, the “brain departments” of the Russian GigaChat and the Western ChatGPT operate with veritable different models of the world. Different understandings of what is “good” and what is “bad”. Speakers will thrash out key issues related to the impact of AI on cultural and national development, the potential of AI as a tool for strengthening national sovereignty, as well as what measures need to be taken to mitigate the risks and threats associated with its application.
