The image of Alexander Nevsky occupies a special place in historical memory. His choice in favor of Russia’s sovereign development as a civilizational state made it possible to preserve the foundations of national self-awareness. The panel will consider how events of the distant past continue to influence cultural identity and why reliance on traditional values remains crucial in today’s changing world.
