On the sidelines of the Forum, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Culture of the Astrakhan Region (Russian Federation) and the Department of Culture of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee (Republic of Belarus) on international and foreign-economic cooperation in the cultural sphere.
The agreement was signed by Olga Prokofyeva, Minister of Culture of the Astrakhan Region, and Alexander Zhigun, Head of the Department of Culture of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee (Republic of Belarus).
The agreement is aimed at strengthening cultural ties between the two countries, developing joint projects and initiatives in culture and the arts, and preserving and promoting cultural heritage. The signing marks an important step in expanding interregional cultural cooperation between Russia and Belarus.
