“Participant” package

Participation in the Forum is free of charge, subject to prior registration.

All applications are reviewed by the Organising Committee.

Your package includes:

  • access to all business-programme events of the Forum from 24 to 26 September 2026except events held by special invitation
  • access to the business networking areas of the Forum venuewith restricted access to areas hosting events held by special invitation
  • information support
The right to attend the plenary session is not part of the participation package and is granted by special invitation only.

How to become a Forum participant?

Step 1. Submit an application

To take part in the Forum, complete an application in the “Events – Upcoming” section of your Personal Account.

Please note: to register for the event, use the Personal Account and obtain a badge, you must accept in your account:

  • consent to the processing of personal data;
  • the agreement on the use of a simple electronic signature (SES);
  • the user agreement.

These consents are given once when you log in to your Personal Account and apply to all events registered through the Personal Account on the Roscongress Foundation website. If you have any questions, please contact the Foundation specialist who handles your participation.

Step 2. Receive an invitation

Your application will be reviewed by the Organising Committee. Once an invitation is issued, the status of your application is updated in real time in the “My events” tab of your Personal Account.

The review period is individual for each applicant. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline an invitation to an applicant without giving reasons.

Step 3. Confirm your participation

After receiving an invitation, confirm your participation in your Personal Account under “My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation”.

How to decline participation?

If you have received an invitation but do not plan to attend the Forum, or you confirmed your participation but changed your mind, please decline in your Personal Account or notify the Roscongress Foundation specialist who handles your participation.

How to replace a participant?

If you have already confirmed your participation but for any reason are unable to attend the Forum, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist who handles your participation in order to replace the participant. A replacement is only possible by decision of the Organising Committee.

Step 4. Obtain your badge

An accreditation badge is required to access the Forum venue. To obtain a badge, in your Personal Account you need to:

  1. Confirm your participation after receiving an invitation.
  2. Provide your personal information.
  3. Upload a valid photograph.“My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation – Personal information – Photograph – Edit details”.
  4. Upload a scanned copy of your passport.“My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation – Personal information – Edit details”.

Frequently asked questions about the Personal Account

How do I register a Personal Account?

You can register a Personal Account on the Roscongress Foundation website. The choice of event and participation package becomes available after you fill in your personal data.

Once registration is complete, an email with your login and password to access the Personal Account will be sent to the address provided in the form.

How do I log in to the Personal Account?

To access the Personal Account, enter your personal login and password. Your login details were sent to the email address provided during registration.

How do I recover my login or password?

If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery feature on the Personal Account sign-in page, or email weboffice@roscongress.org.

How is the confidentiality of personal data ensured in the Personal Account?

The Roscongress Foundation strictly complies with the legal requirements for the protection of every participant’s personal data. The Personal Account is built on data-encryption technology, which ensures maximum security and confidentiality of the personal information stored in it.

Is consent to the processing of personal data mandatory?

Each participant confirms their consent to the processing of personal data when registering a Personal Account or when submitting an application to participate in the Forum. Under the legislation of the Russian Federation, consent to the processing of personal data is a mandatory condition for registering an application and arranging participation in events.

The terms of personal-data processing are available on the registration page of the Personal Account.

How do I change my personal data?

To edit your personal data, go to the “My events” section of your Personal Account and select the St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum.

To change personal data in the general Personal Account settings, or to amend fields that are locked for editing, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are provided in the invitation letter to the Forum, or call the information centre: +7 (495) 640 6093.

I found an error in my personal data in the Personal Account. Do I have to correct it?

For a badge to be prepared for issue, the data in the Personal Account must fully match the data in your passport. Under “My events – St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum – My participation” in your Personal Account you need to:

  • provide your personal information in full and in line with your passport details;
  • upload a valid photograph for your badge;
  • upload a scanned copy of your passport.

Please note that you will not be able to edit or replace the photograph after the scanned copy of your passport has been saved.
