Tatyana Golikova: the XII St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum to take place on 24–26 September 2026
In September 2026 the Northern Capital will once again welcome the participants and guests of the St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum. The event is organised by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Government of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Administration of St. Petersburg.
